JOE COTTO Y SU SUPER ORQUESTA - Esta Noche (LP-1002)
12" LP. Released on Joe's own label JMC Records this is an original
sealed copy of a very rare LP. No date but looks 1960s or 70s. Joe Cotto, aka
El Magnifico, led his own very successful latin orchestra in Puerto Rico for
many years. In the band were El Negro Vivar on trumpet, Mon Rivera on trombone
and others. Vocalists include Chivirico Davila and Marco Millan. Includes the
descarga Why Not Me? 10 tracks including: Why Not Me?, Silencio, Esta
Noche, Tremendo Jala Jala, Esta Bonito Es Mi san Juan, Soy Borincano and others.
Note: The front jacket cover states the LP is Que Pollo. However the LP
is Esta Noche; the story goes that Joe did not have enough money to design a
new jacket front so used a previous design.
Grade: Vinyl M, Jacket M, Sealed
USD $ 85.00
