Estrellas De Areito Vol I (EGR 6106)
12" LP. In the mid 1980s Juan Pablo Torres put together a
sort of homage to the 1950s Cuban descargas, resulting in the
recording of several albums of long jam session type tracks. This LP
is part of that series and includes just about every musician of any
worth still alive at the time and living in Cuba. Recorded in the
Cuban Egrem studios in Havana, this LP was released in France by
SonoDisc. 3 long tracks including: Hasta Pantoja Baila Mi Son, Que
Traigan El Guaguanco, Guaguanco A Todos Los Barrios.
